Boil enough water with cinnamon, hibiscus, lemon tea, tamarind, and orange leaves for 5 to 10 minutes, once this time has passed, remove the remnants of these ingredients if desired.
Add the fruit, starting with the sugar cane and the apple, wait 5 minutes and then add the tejocote, pineapple, and prunes, wait 5 minutes and add the guava.
Add sugar to taste and let everything come to a final boil, remove from heat.
Serve hot.
