Herbal Tea, Ginger, and Lemon

Ginger tea can be prepared using only fresh root. Alternatively, we can prepare herbal infusions that also combine other ingredients to achieve synergistic effects, useful in different circumstances.

  • 5 grams fresh ginger, Approximately 2 or 3 slices.
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 1 lime, only the juice
  • honey

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Peel and wash the ginger, cut into slices, and place them in the boiling water.
  • Simmer everything for 10 minutes; cool and add the lemon.
  • Sweeten to taste.
