1 liter cow's milk
1 sprig cinnamon
1/2 tablespoons ground cloves
1 pinch pepper
1 piece piloncillo , medium or 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Preparation

Heat the milk in a small pot or clay pot along with the cinnamon and piloncillo or sugar.
When it reaches a boil, lower the heat and add the pepper, vanilla, and ground cloves.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and turn off the stove.
Serve hot.
