Hot Coffee Horchata

This hot coffee horchata is the perfect combination of flavors and, best of all, it's easy to prepare. Remember that this hot horchata is ideal for the whole family.

  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 1/2 cups instant coffee
  • 1 cup Rice Flour Three Stars®
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • cinnamon powder, for decoration
  • coffee grains, for decoration

  • Dissolve the instant coffee in a small pitcher with hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Blend the Tres Estrellas® rice flour, whole milk, evaporated milk, and sugar until well combined.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once hot, add the dissolved instant coffee. Mix until well combined and keep on heat until it thickens slightly.
  • Once ready, serve the hot coffee horchata and decorate with powdered cinnamon and coffee beans.
