  • 1 tablespoon coffee, whole bean of your choice.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup water

  • Bring the water, coffee, and cinnamon to a boil; since it’s a small amount of water, it will boil quickly. Let it boil for 5 minutes so the ingredients can release their flavors to the fullest.
  • Pour the drink into a cup using a strainer.
