Recipe for Irish coffee, to enjoy the coffee you love with a touch of whiskey for a delicious twist.

  • 30 milliliters whiskey, Irish
  • 1 cup espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons clotted cream, o chantilly
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder

  • In a sturdy glass, we put the sugar and heat the whiskey with the steam from the coffee maker.
  • Add the coffee and finally the liquid cream. To keep the liquid cream on top and prevent it from mixing with the coffee, it will be poured slowly using a spoon.
  • We decorate with powdered cinnamon sprinkled around the rim of the glass and ready to enjoy.
