There will be nothing better at a dinner than this delicious piloncillo atole; it is a very easy recipe to follow and you will be left with a very good taste in your mouth.
Mix the dough with the water; then strain the liquid and bring it to the heat with the piloncillo and cinnamon, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until it thickens.
This atole can also be prepared with milk; mix the dough with one cup of water and then add it to 3/4 of milk. Follow the same procedures.
