Pinole Atole

  • 3/4 cups pinole
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, for decoration

  • Place the water with the pinole in a pot over low heat, stir until dissolved, and add the cinnamon stick. Then pour in the milk, sugar, and condensed milk, stirring constantly until it boils. Remove from heat and set aside.
