Sugar-Free and Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate

  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Mix cocoa, Stevia, and salt in a pot. Moisten with just enough water until it becomes a sort of honey.
  • Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
  • When you see the bubbles, it's time to add the almond milk and stir again.
  • Continue heating until the milk boils, then add the vanilla and let it boil for one more minute.
  • Let it cool a bit and enjoy.
