1/4 cups cocoa powder
3 teaspoons stevia
1 pinch salt
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Mix cocoa, Stevia, and salt in a pot. Moisten with just enough water until it becomes a sort of honey.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
When you see the bubbles, it's time to add the almond milk and stir again.
Continue heating until the milk boils, then add the vanilla and let it boil for one more minute.
Let it cool a bit and enjoy.
