Pot coffee is the Mexican version of making coffee. It has a particular sweet flavor contributed by the piloncillo. It's delicious!

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee

  • In a clay pot, add water, piloncillo, cloves, and cinnamon. Once it boils, add the coffee.
  • Wait for the coffee and piloncillo to dissolve completely.
  • Serve.
