Turkish Coffee

Turkish coffee is also known as Arabic coffee and is commonly prepared throughout the Middle East, as well as in some Arab regions of North Africa. It is usually made in a type of coffee pot made of copper or brass and uses very finely ground coffee. This coffee is consumed in small cups, much like espresso, as it is also quite concentrated and full-bodied, resulting from the fine grinding of Arabica beans.
