Now that the cold season is approaching, there is nothing better than enjoying pot coffee in the morning or evening, accompanied by your favorite bread.
In a pot, pour the water over medium-high heat, add the cinnamon, piloncillo, and star anise, stirring constantly so that the piloncillo dissolves, and let it boil.
Add the coffee and let it boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 8 minutes.
Serve in a clay cup or regular cup, garnish with a cinnamon stick.
