Pour 250 ml of milk into the Aeroccino. Select the cold froth function of the machine and wait until you achieve a consistent froth.
Serve a Dharkan Grand Cru espresso (40 ml) in a shaker, add 3 ice cubes, and shake well.
In a tall glass for cold recipes, mix the cardamom syrup and the milk from the Aeroccino.
Pour the milk froth to the top and gently add the contents of the shaker.
Sprinkle the froth with cardamom powder.
