Iced Cardamom Macchiato

Nothing is as refreshing on a hot afternoon as an iced macchiato; we present a twist on the classic recipe of this coffee-based drink, featuring the exotic cardamom as the main ingredient.

  • 1 capsule Grand Cru Dharkan
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • 30 milliliters cardamom syrup
  • cardamom powder
  • ice cubes

  • Pour 250 ml of milk into the Aeroccino. Select the cold froth function of the machine and wait until you achieve a consistent froth.
  • Serve a Dharkan Grand Cru espresso (40 ml) in a shaker, add 3 ice cubes, and shake well.
  • In a tall glass for cold recipes, mix the cardamom syrup and the milk from the Aeroccino.
  • Pour the milk froth to the top and gently add the contents of the shaker.
  • Sprinkle the froth with cardamom powder.
