InstaFit Christmas Punch

  • 1.5 liters water
  • 125 grams guava, halved
  • 1 orange, cut into quarters with skin
  • 190 grams tejocote, pitted and halved
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into quarters
  • 75 grams prunes, pitted
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 envelope black tea

  • Heat the water with the guavas, oranges, tejocotes, and apple in a pot over high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and add the prunes, cinnamon, cloves, and raisins. (Try to wrap the cloves and cinnamon together so you can easily remove them).
  • Cook the punch over medium heat until the fruit has softened, about 45 minutes. Add the black tea and sweeten with stevia to taste. If necessary, add a little more water. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and remove the cinnamon, cloves, and the black tea bag.
  • Enjoy!
