1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 liter water
sugar

Low
Soak the chia seeds in two cups of water for at least 30 minutes or until they swell and release the mucilage.
Cut the lemons in half. Squeeze until you get juice or blend if preferred. Add sugar to taste.
Add the previously soaked chia.
Chill and serve.
