Lemon and Chia Water

This drink is very easy to make, it is refreshing, and the chia adds an ultra-nutritious touch.

  • 8 limes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 liter water
  • sugar

  • Soak the chia seeds in two cups of water for at least 30 minutes or until they swell and release the mucilage.
  • Cut the lemons in half. Squeeze until you get juice or blend if preferred. Add sugar to taste.
  • Add the previously soaked chia.
  • Chill and serve.
