Lime, Grapefruit, and Ginger Juice

This lime, grapefruit, and ginger juice recipe is amazing for detoxifying and refreshing you.

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 cup water, (approximately 240 ml)
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, (approximately 95 ml)
  • 1 1/3 cups grapefruit juice, (approximately 310 ml)

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, ginger, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl and place in the freezer for a few minutes to cool.
  • Strain the ginger into a pitcher along with the lime and grapefruit juice. You can strain the pulp or leave it in; just make sure it doesn't have too many seeds.
  • Stir and taste; if you prefer, you can add a little more sugar. Serve directly in a small glass with ice.
