  • 2 tangerines , only the zest
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mandarin orange juice
  • 1/2 cups cornstarch, dissolved in water
