Mango Habanero Paloma

The Paloma is a traditional Mexican drink based on tequila, but this time we gave it a different twist with its spicy-sweet contrast. You will love this mango habanero paloma!

  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mango juice
  • 1 ounce Tequila

  • In a 12 oz glass, place the mango, habanero chili, and pour in the natural syrup.
  • Macerate the mango and habanero chili with a spoon by pressing against the glass, so the ingredients become infused in the syrup.
  • Add the lime juice, mango juice, tequila, and finally fill the glass with mineral water. It is important not to stir the ingredients so that the color separation is visible.
  • Garnish with lime slices, habanero chili, dehydrated mango, and serve with a stirrer.
