Delicious melon and mint drink, you can serve it with or without alcohol.

1 chinese melon, green, ripe
peppermint, fresh, washed, and disinfected
simple syrup
ice cubes
water
sugar

Wash and peel half of the melon. Remove the seeds and cut into medium pieces. Set aside.
In a glass with a little sugar and water, place some fresh mint leaves and muddle with a pestle. Remove the leaves.
In a blender, add this sweet mint water, the chopped melon, and natural water.
Blend and strain the water.
Put the water back in the blender, add ice to taste and a little natural syrup. Blend again.
