  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water, warm
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ice cubes
  • shredded coconut, for rimming
  • condensed milk, for rimming
  • cinnamon stick, for garnish
