Cucumber Chamoyada with Lime

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seedless, in large cubes
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ice cubes
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • chile powder, for rimming
  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • chamoy candies, for decoration
  • tamarind candies, and sweet and sour, for decoration
  • 1 lemon, in slices, for decoration
  • 1 lime, in slices, for decoration
  • chile powder, for serving

  • Blend the cucumber with the lime juice, sugar, and ice until you achieve a slushy consistency.
  • Rim the glasses by passing them through the lime slices and chili powder.
  • Pour a bit of chamoy into each glass and fill with the lemon mixture halfway. Add a bit more chamoy and fill with the rest of the mixture.
  • Garnish the chamoyadas with the candies, gummy candies, lime slices, and serve with a bit more chili powder.
