Lemon Water with Chaya and Cucumber

  • 3 liters water
  • 2 leaves chaya
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, to taste

  • Blend the halved lemons (with skin), chaya leaves, half of the cut cucumber (with skin), sugar, and 500 ml of water.
  • Strain the mixture into a pitcher, add the remaining water, and stir with a spoon.
  • Cut the remaining half of the cucumber into slices with the skin on and add it to the fresh water.
