Mineral Lemonade

A homemade version of mineral lemonade, very useful for these summer days.

  • 10 limes
  • sugar
  • salt
  • water
  • sparkling water
  • peppermint, leaves
  • ice cubes

  • Squeeze the lemons and strain the liquid.
  • Add the lemon juice, the glass of water, the sugar, and the salt to a pitcher, and stir to leave the flavors to your desired level (keep in mind that you will add more water later, so if the mixture tastes a bit strong at this point, that might be best, all depending on your taste).
  • Add the mineral water, the mint leaves, ice, and stir.
  • Serve.
