2 slices pineapple, thick
2 stems celery, with its leaves
3/4 cups sugar
2 sprigs parsley
ice cubes

Wash the celery and parsley. Disinfect them. Cut the celery into pieces.
Blend the celery, parsley, and pineapple with 4 cups of water.
Strain what you blended and pour it into a jug.
Add 4 additional cups of water and the sugar.
Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Add the ice and serve the water.
