Celery and Pineapple Water

This celery and pineapple water is delicious; you can drink it any day of the week at any time, it's very healthy and will help your body.

  • 2 slices pineapple, thick
  • 2 stems celery, with its leaves
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • ice cubes

  • Wash the celery and parsley. Disinfect them. Cut the celery into pieces.
  • Blend the celery, parsley, and pineapple with 4 cups of water.
  • Strain what you blended and pour it into a jug.
  • Add 4 additional cups of water and the sugar.
  • Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Add the ice and serve the water.
