Banana and Sherry Smoothie

The classic banana smoothie that everyone loves, but with a touch of sherry like my grandmother made it, and the creaminess and consistency of yogurt.

  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 banana, ripe banana
  • 1 glass plain yogurt
  • 1 dash sherry
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Blend the yogurt, milk, vanilla, and sherry to taste.
  • Add the peeled banana and continue blending. If desired, you can add ice.
