Chocolate Coffee Smoothie

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • sugar, or granulated piloncillo to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coffee, decaffeinated soluble
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Pour the milk into the blender and add: cinnamon, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee, and vanilla.
  • Blend everything until perfectly combined. You can add ice directly to the blender or in the glass. Serve immediately so the chocolate doesn't settle.
