4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 soy milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
sugar, or granulated piloncillo to taste
2 tablespoons coffee, decaffeinated soluble
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Pour the milk into the blender and add: cinnamon, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee, and vanilla.
Blend everything until perfectly combined. You can add ice directly to the blender or in the glass. Serve immediately so the chocolate doesn't settle.
