Easy Tamarind Chamoyada

  • 1 liter tamarind concentrate
  • 1 cup mango, in cubes, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cups chamoy, for rimming
  • 1/4 cups piquín chile, for rimming
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • mango, for decoration
  • tamarind candies, for decoration

  • In the blender, add the tamarind concentrate along with the frozen mango, lime, sugar, and ice.
  • Store the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Rim a glass with chamoy and chili piquín.
  • Serve the tamarind mixture in the rimmed glass. Decorate with frozen mango cubes and spicy tamarind.
