Red Fruit Smoothie with Ginger

A perfect combination is red fruits with ginger; remember to be careful with the flavor of ginger as it can be a bit strong.

  • 2 cups mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/2 cups water
  • sugar , to taste
  • ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Strain.
  • Add the ice and zest and blend again.
