  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup red pitaya, in cubes, peeled
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • ice cubes
  • red pitaya, in slices, for garnish

  • Pour the water into a pitcher and chill for 1 hour.
