Fresh Oat Water

For the heat, there is nothing better than a delicious and refreshing oat water.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 liters water

  • Soak the oats in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the oats very well with all the ingredients except the water.
  • In a pitcher, put the remaining water and strain the oat mixture over it.
  • Stir well with a ladle to integrate the water mixture.
  • Finally, add ice and serve.
