Citrus Rose Water

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups rose petals
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 cups sparkling water

  • For the syrup: in a pot, heat the water and sugar over medium heat for 10 minutes, until dissolved. Turn off the heat and cool until warm; add the rose petals and let sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

  • Serve the water cold with ice and rose petals.
