Coffee horchata recipe

  • 1/2 cups Rice Flour Three Stars®
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 can evaporated milk, hot, to dissolve
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee, hot, to dissolve
  • cinnamon powder

  • Place Tres Estrellas® rice flour in a bowl, pour in the water, and dissolve. Set aside.
  • Blend the previous preparation with the cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat with the previous preparation and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Dissolve the evaporated milk with the instant coffee and mix until integrated. Set aside.
  • Serve the horchata with the liter of water to dissolve in a glass with ice, add the coffee preparation, and decorate with powdered cinnamon.
