  • 3 tablespoons Rice Flour Three Stars®
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 liters water
  • ice cubes

  • Blend the Tres Estrellas® rice flour, cinnamon, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar. Strain and set aside.
  • Place the blended Tres Estrellas® rice flour in a pot and cook for 10 minutes or until it boils. Let it cool.
  • Serve in a pitcher with plenty of ice, pour in the water, and mix. Serve the horchata in a glass with ice.
