  • In a bowl, add rice and hot water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Blend the rice, water, and cinnamon stick for 3 minutes.
  • On a strainer, place a cheesecloth or a porous cloth and strain the rice water into a bowl. Using your hands, squeeze the cloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Pour in whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix with a whisk and adjust sweetness if necessary.
