Lettuce Water with Cucumber

Ideal for the hot season, as we need to stay hydrated constantly. That's why I bring this excellent recipe for these dates. In addition to naturally relaxing us with the lettuce, it helps us cool down.

1 Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
4 limes
2 liters water
zero-calorie sweetener, or your favorite one

Disinfect the lettuce leaves.
Cut the cucumber. Remove the seeds.
Blend the juice of the lemons with the lettuce, cucumber, sweetener, and water.
Serve in a glass with ice to taste.
