Lettuce Water with Cucumber

Ideal for the hot season, as we need to stay hydrated constantly. That's why I bring this excellent recipe for these dates. In addition to naturally relaxing us with the lettuce, it helps us cool down.

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 limes
  • 2 liters water
  • zero-calorie sweetener, or your favorite one

  • Disinfect the lettuce leaves.
  • Cut the cucumber. Remove the seeds.
  • Blend the juice of the lemons with the lettuce, cucumber, sweetener, and water.
  • Serve in a glass with ice to taste.
