Strawberry Horchata

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon powder, for decoration
  • strawberries, sliced, for decoration

  • In a bowl, let the rice, water, and cinnamon sit for 1 hour.
  • Add the rice along with the water and cinnamon to a blender, add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, strawberries, and blend for 5 minutes. Strain.
  • Serve in a pitcher with plenty of ice, and garnish with cinnamon and strawberries.
