Watermelon, Cucumber, and Lime Agua Fresca

  • 3 cups watermelon, in pieces and seedless
  • 1/2 cucumbers, without skin, seedless and in pieces
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 liter water
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cucumbers, with skin and sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for rimming
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder, for rimming

  • Blend the watermelon with the cucumber, lime juice, ginger, and sugar.
  • Strain the previous mixture and mix with water until integrated. Adjust the sweetness of the agua.
  • Serve the agua in a pitcher with ice and add the slices of lime and cucumber.
