Green Juice with Artichoke

It is a very refreshing juice, it is suggested to drink it on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before breakfast if you want to use it as a fat burner, it also helps to eliminate the famous hangover that comes after a good night of partying.

  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 artichoke, only the leaves
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 sprig parsley

  • Wash and disinfect all ingredients.
  • Add to the blender the water, 5 artichoke leaves, the slice of pineapple (1 cm thick), the parsley, and the two celery stalks, blend.
  • Once everything is well blended, strain to remove the artichoke remnants.
