1 slice pineapple
1 artichoke, only the leaves
1/2 liters water
2 stems celery
1 sprig parsley

Wash and disinfect all ingredients.
Add to the blender the water, 5 artichoke leaves, the slice of pineapple (1 cm thick), the parsley, and the two celery stalks, blend.
Once everything is well blended, strain to remove the artichoke remnants.
