  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup broccoli, (the stems)
  • 1 pear, Asian
  • 1 tablespoon whole-wheat pasta

  • Prepare and wash all the ingredients.
  • Make the juice with all the ingredients except for the coconut water and wheatgrass.
  • Add these two ingredients to the already made juice and mix.
