2 oranges
4 prunes
1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground
1 pear
1 cup water
2 lemons

Soak the 4 prunes in a cup of water for about 5 hours.
Cut the pear into cubes.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons into the blender. Add the pear cubes along with the prunes and half of the water you soaked them in.
Add the flaxseed and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Serve.
