  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 bunches peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • grapefruit, sliced, for decoration

Low
  • Spray the celery with Citrobiox™. Set aside.
  • Blend the pineapple, celery, cucumber, ginger, mint, flaxseed, and water for 1 minute or until you get a homogeneous mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
