Homemade Lemonade

It is a super refreshing and natural juice, with no additives! Ideal to share with family and friends. It is an economical and yielding recipe, perfect for when you have guests at home.

  • 6 limes
  • 1 ginger
  • peppermint, to taste
  • 1 liter water

  • Slice 2 to 3 lemons (wash them very well if you are going to boil them with the peel); in my opinion, it tastes better to boil it with the peel.
  • Place one liter of water in a pot, the lemons, and 1 tablespoon of ginger (powder or fresh). Boil until it reaches its maximum point.
  • Remove from heat, take out the lemon slices, and let it cool in the refrigerator. When serving, add fresh mint.
