Pineapple and Cucumber Juice

A refreshing and delicious drink; try this pineapple and cucumber juice, you'll love it. You can have it for breakfast accompanied by this recipe or drink it during lunch.

  • piquín chile powder, or Tajín, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 5 lemons
  • 355 milliliters pineapple juice
  • 16 cubes ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 1 cucumber, peeled

  • In a deep plate, squeeze a lime and reserve the juice.
  • On a flat plate, place a tablespoon of salt and Tajín to taste.
  • Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice and dip it in the Tajín (to frost it).
  • Add the juice of one lime, a pinch of salt, and Tajín to taste to each glass, blend 4 ice cubes, the pineapple juice, pineapple, and cucumber.
  • Serve in the glass, mix, and it's ready to enjoy.
