  • 3 mandarin oranges, large and juicy
  • 1 1/2 liters water
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • Wash and squeeze the mandarins to obtain the juice, which we will strain and pour into a pitcher.
  • Add the sugar and water to the pitcher as well and stir until everything is dissolved and integrated.
  • Serve at room temperature and it's ready.
