1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup peppermint, washed
1 cup lime juice
ice cubes
sparkling water

Add sugar, water, and mint to a saucepan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Strain the mint leaves.
Pour the syrup into a large pitcher and fill with sparkling water.
