Mint Lemonade

A delicious mint lemonade to enjoy on a hot day.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup peppermint, washed
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • sparkling water

  • Add sugar, water, and mint to a saucepan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Strain the mint leaves.
  • Pour the syrup into a large pitcher and fill with sparkling water.
