Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Sparkling Drink

Try this delicious refreshing drink full of flavor thanks to the McCormick® Cold Brew Infusion with red fruits, which is also very easy and quick to make.

  • 2 cups strawberries, in quarters
  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cups water, purified, for the fruit pulp
  • 4 cups water, purified, with ice, 1 liter
  • 1 Cold infusion McCormick® red fruits, 25 g each

  • ice cubes
  • strawberries, in slices, for garnish

  • Blend the strawberry with monk fruit, lemon juice, and purified water for 2 to 4 minutes. When you have a homogeneous mixture without large chunks, set aside.
  • Add the McCormick® Cold Brew Infusion pyramid with red fruits to a pitcher with one liter of purified water and let the pyramid infuse in the water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside the infusion once ready. Remember to remove the pyramid before serving.
  • Pour ¼ of the strawberry mixture into a glass with enough ice, then add ¼ of the McCormick® Cold Brew Infusion mixture with red fruits and fill the glass with sparkling water.
  • Garnish the glass with the strawberry on the rim and enjoy the cold strawberry sparkling drink.
