Nopal and Pineapple Water

A very healthy drink that will help you burn fat; try this pineapple water with nopal every day.

  • 2 nopales, medium-sized pieces
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 3 liters water
  • sugar
  • ice cubes, to taste
  • 2 limes

  • Blend the 2 nopales (which should be cleaned beforehand), 2 slices of pineapple, and 3 glasses of water.
  • Pour what you blended into a pitcher with the leftover water.
  • Add the juice of 2 lemons.
  • Shake to mix, add sugar, and add ice.
  • Cut the leftover pineapple into small pieces and serve it in the pitcher.
