1 avocado
1/2 cups cream cheese
1 cup cow's milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Remove the skin and pit from the avocado, leaving only the flesh, and peel the banana.
Blend all the ingredients until you create a smooth mixture.
