Cut one or two pieces of coconut pulp into small portions.
Blend all the ingredients: chopped coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla. Add the ice gradually until you achieve the ideal consistency (too much ice will cause it to lose its flavor).
Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a bit of toasted shredded coconut. Serve immediately to prevent the ice from melting too much.
