Coconut Frappe

  • fresh coconuts, chopped
  • condensed milk, to taste
  • 1 liter coconut milk, your preference
  • ice cubes
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • peppermint, optional
  • shredded coconuts, optional

  • Cut one or two pieces of coconut pulp into small portions.
  • Blend all the ingredients: chopped coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla. Add the ice gradually until you achieve the ideal consistency (too much ice will cause it to lose its flavor).
  • Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a bit of toasted shredded coconut. Serve immediately to prevent the ice from melting too much.
