Pineapple Chamoyada

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • chamoy
  • chile powder
  • pending, cut into fans, for decoration

  • chamoy candies, or spicy

  • For the chamoyada, place the pineapple cubes, ice, sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice in the blender, and blend until you get a thick mixture.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in chamoy, then immediately coat it with chili powder. Add more chamoy inside the glass and then serve the pineapple chamoyada.
  • Garnish with pineapple, chili gummies, and chili candies. Enjoy and share.
